Ever since moving from Germany to the US I have searched for Quark. You can not replace the taste and consistency with any other dairy product. I went so far as buying raw milk and attempting to make my own, but the result was disappointing. I thought I would never give a solution until I saw an ad for Wunder Quark. I ordered a case of the large plain Quark and several cases of the small flavored Quark. I was so excited when my Quark arrived and immediately made a German cheesecake. My American husband has never tried one before and was blown away by how creamy it turned out. The Quark is super creamy, so tasty and perfect. It’s fat content is similar to Magerquark, so I added heavy cream to make it like the regular German Quark for the cheesecake recipe. I am so happy to have found Wunder. Best Quark outside of Germany (actually better than some German Quarks!!!)
